Dear True Comfort Family,

Due to the recent health concerns regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), I want to assure you that we are taking additional precautions within our daily routine as our top priority is to the health and safety of your family and our technicians. At this time, we are trying to limit any face-to-face contact as much as possible and our technicians have been instructed to keep a safe distance of six feet from everyone. Upon entry into any home, our technicians will wear shoe covers and gloves at all times. Each technician has a supply of hand sanitizer and hand wipes to use before and after each appointment. The technicians also have a very limited supply of face masks available and will wear one if it is desired by the homeowner. Please be aware that we have recently donated our extra supply of N95 facial masks to a local medical provider and have a very limited supply, so we ask that you keep that in mind.

We also have a limited supply of air purification accessories that we are currently discounting the installation cost to further assist in this time of need. Last week, I had a problem with the air handler in my attic, and I called the same person I have used for many years. Over the years, he has become very unresponsive and did not show or call. I decided to call True Comfort, and they answered immediately and set up an appointment. They showed up on time and did a great job of finding the problem and fixing it. I also had them do a winter service. I am very pleased with everything True Comfort did today - from the responsive service, quality work, and the final cost. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of heating/air service.
