True Comfort was founded by Jason Segear in April 2013. As a former military police officer for the United States Army, Jason recognizes the value of personal property and family safety. After several years in the HVAC industry, he knew many large companies that sold customers products they didn’t need or couldn’t really afford. Jason wanted to start a company that would be honest and respectful of customer needs and wants.

True Comfort is founded on the ideals of honesty, responsibility, and respect. Each customer is treated like family. You won’t be sold something you don’t need, and we’ll be completely honest and up front with information, costs, and what to expect for a repair, maintenance visit, or product.

With True Comfort, you can be assured we’ll keep your property as clean as possible, work according to building code, and provide great craftsmanship. We want you to have peace of mind knowing your HVAC will be well maintained, installed, or repaired properly.
