Born and raised in North Charleston, at the age of 16 Jason began working in the family heating and air business. Shortly after graduating high school, he enlisted in the US Army as a Military Police Officer. During his enlistment in the US Army, Jason held many titles and jobs, such as Protective Service Detail (PSD) and Investigator.
After being honorably discharged from the US Army, Jason returned to assist in the family business and began his certification in the HVAC industry. While working on his certification, he had the opportunity to be employed by multiple HVAC divisions and companies. This invaluable experience allowed him to witness firsthand how large companies may upsell a customer with products that they may not truly need or be able to afford.
Jason’s experience in the US Army helped him truly understand the importance of personal property and safety of one’s family. These crucial traits of respect and responsibility are woven into True Comfort of the Carolinas and are how he endeavors to treat each customer and their property.
At True Comfort of the Carolinas, Jason’s goal is to treat each and every client with respect by giving them the truth and allowing you, the customer, to make an informed decision based on our assessment of your HVAC system. He started True Comfort of the Carolinas to bring higher standards to the local HVAC industry, and continues this effort as a board member of SCALT(South Carolina Association of License Trades), The state wide industry leader in educating and assisting local HVAC, plumbing, and electrical contractors. True Comfort is honored to help every one of their customers in Richland, Kershaw, Fairfield and Lexington counties with their HVAC needs.
